Shipping Legal Statement
Upon arrival of your order it is the customer's responsibility to inspect for damage and or shortages and make claim on Bill of Lading before accepting your merchandise from the carrier. Seacoast Spa & Pool is not responsible for merchandise lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Product / Service Warranty Statement
Products are covered by the specific manufacturer's warranty. Suppliers or manufacturers are not liable for improper use of and or consequential damage resulting from such use of its products. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the labels and accompanying literature for proper use, storage and precautionary statements related to the product(s).
Return Statement
If product is defective return within 30 days for full refund of purchase price. No returns on shipped spa covers, these sales are final due to the customized nature of the product.
